Vivint Black Friday and Cyber Monday Deals 2025
- Advanced smart home capabilities
- Professional installation
- Cellular monitoring
By all means, Vivint is a top-notch security system. It offers high-quality equipment, including a touch screen control panel that provides access to custom automation rules. That’s why Vivint is one of the best security systems with home automation.
There’s also no question that Vivint is one of the pricier options for home security. A basic security system can cost as much as $599, and in our testing, that’s only good to protect a small space. Protecting an average-sized American home will require an investment of around $1,000 – maybe even more.
Fortunately, Vivint does offer deals from time to time, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. In fact, its Black Friday deals are now live, and it’s one of the biggest Black Friday home security deals we’ve seen thus far. Let’s take a look.
Vivint Discounts and Free Monitoring for Black Friday 2024
Vivint’s Black Friday 2024 sale offers savings up to $245. There are actually two special deals at work here. First, you save 50-percent on the $250 Vivint Doorbell Camera Pro, which gives you $125 in savings. Second, you get three months of free professional monitoring, capped at $120 total ($40 per month).
This year’s Black Friday deal is comparable to previous years in value, if not slightly better. We remember a year that it offered free professional installation, which Vivint typically offers for around $200. So yes, we believe Black Friday 2024 is a good time to buy a Vivint security system, especially since we rarely see Vivint online deals throughout the year.
That said, you’d need to meet a couple of requirements to be eligible for the discounted doorbell camera and free months of monitoring.
- You need to give Vivint a call; you can’t buy a system online, and when you do give them a call, you have to provide the promo code “BLACKFRIDAY242”.
- You need to spend a minimum of $599.99 on equipment, which as we mentioned above, is good for a basic setup.
We don’t think those requirements will hinder anyone from enjoying the discounts. You’d need to call to get a quote anyway, and with Vivint’s prices, that minimum spend requirement is easy to reach. So if you’re looking to buy a Vivint system, click that ‘View Sale’ button to get started.

Vivint Costs: What We Know
Vivint isn’t the most straightforward company when it comes to pricing. You won’t find any pricing information on its website and information on reviews often vary. However, because we tested Vivint ourselves, we can offer you some insight about Vivint’s costs.
Keep in mind, though, that while we try to keep our information updated, security system prices change all the time. The best way to find out Vivint’s most updated pricing is still to contact the company itself. All the information below is just to give you an idea of what to expect.
Equipment Packages
All Vivint customers start with equipment packages, which include a touchscreen control panel and a varying number of components (think sensors, security cameras, video doorbells, etc.). Customers then have the option to pay the total package cost upfront or finance their equipment for up to 60 months. Adding peripherals and devices to the system is also an option.
Vivint Equipment
In the past, Vivint offered a range of home security equipment packages. But now, the company asks potential customers to call for a consultation to develop a package that’s customized to their individual homes. Bottom line, there’s a lot less transparency on prices right now. The only way to find out what the current equipment prices are is to give Vivint a call.
That being said, here is a chart with the latest equipment pricing we’ve found based on our research and hands-on testing of Vivint.

Plans start at $29.99 per month, but depending on what features you want and what devices you own, you might need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. For example, if you want access to home automation features, that would be $39.99 a month, or if you plan to buy Vivint cameras, you’ll need the $44.99 per month plan to store videos in the cloud. Now you’re probably starting to see just how valuable a Vivint Black Friday or Cyber Monday sale becomes.
